Mais peu importe les enjeux \u00e0 r\u00e9gler au cours d\u2019une journ\u00e9e, tout s\u2019arr\u00eate lorsqu\u2019un camion tombe en panne. C\u2019est l\u00e0 qu\u2019Edson entre en jeu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un esprit m\u00e9canique<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sans Edson, notre m\u00e9canicien mobile bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al, nous n\u2019irions pas bien loin. Il contribue \u00e0 maintenir les moteurs en marche, les roues en mouvement et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des chauffeurs pendant le transport de marchandises partout sur le continent. Lorsqu\u2019un probl\u00e8me survient avec l\u2019un de nos camions ou remorques, c\u2019est lui que nous appelons en premier. Comme plusieurs passionn\u00e9s de m\u00e9canique poids lourds, Edson a rapidement compris qu\u2019il n\u2019\u00e9tait pas fait pour rester derri\u00e8re un bureau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9cole, je me suis lanc\u00e9 en m\u00e9canique, et c\u2019est ce que je fais depuis 18 ans. Il faut aussi faire preuve d\u2019agilit\u00e9 pour intervenir rapidement, peu importe la situation, et r\u00e9gler le probl\u00e8me le plus efficacement possible. Bien que certains aspects de son travail soient pr\u00e9vus, comme les inspections planifi\u00e9es, Edson demeure toujours disponible pour r\u00e9pondre aux urgences, o\u00f9 qu\u2019elles se produisent \u2014 souvent m\u00eame en bordure d\u2019autoroute, d\u2019o\u00f9 le terme \u00ab mobile \u00bb dans son titre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Mes journ\u00e9es varient \u00e9norm\u00e9ment. Je peux arriver et voir une remorque pr\u00eate \u00e0 partir, mais qui a besoin d\u2019une r\u00e9paration imm\u00e9diate parce qu\u2019elle doit livrer une cargaison. \u00c7a peut \u00eatre n\u2019importe quoi. Je touche \u00e0 tout. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Un esprit autonome<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous disons souvent que chaque poste chez Fuel est essentiel, et cela s\u2019applique particuli\u00e8rement bien \u00e0 Edson. Il joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 pour assurer nos op\u00e9rations, et il accomplit une grande partie de ce travail de fa\u00e7on autonome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Il faut \u00eatre autonome. \u00catre capable de travailler seul. Il faut se pousser \u00e0 r\u00e9gler le probl\u00e8me. Peu importe ce que \u00e7a prend, j\u2019y vais\u2026 et ce sera fait. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Toujours trouver une solution<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Edson est un v\u00e9ritable atout pour notre \u00e9quipe, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une qualit\u00e9 qu\u2019on n\u2019apprend pas \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole : la fiabilit\u00e9. C\u2019est le type de personne sur qui l\u2019on sait pouvoir compter, et nous sommes privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s de pouvoir compter sur quelqu\u2019un comme lui sous nos camions \u00e0 6 h du matin, en pleine temp\u00eate de neige. Peu importe le d\u00e9fi ou la situation, Edson est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver une solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Peu importe le probl\u00e8me, je dois le faire fonctionner. J\u2019arrive toujours \u00e0 trouver une solution. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Toujours pr\u00eat pour l\u2019action<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une autre qualit\u00e9 qui fait d\u2019Edson un excellent m\u00e9canicien et un membre Fuel exemplaire : son go\u00fbt pour le rythme soutenu. Il y a peu de temps morts dans cette industrie, et c\u2019est exactement ce qu\u2019il appr\u00e9cie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab J\u2019aime les situations inhabituelles. Les pannes impr\u00e9vues. Quand je dois partir rapidement quelque part pour r\u00e9parer quelque chose. Ce que j\u2019aime le plus, c\u2019est l\u2019adr\u00e9naline. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce n\u2019est pas tout le monde qui est fait pour intervenir rapidement sur une machine de 30 000 livres transportant une cargaison pr\u00e9cieuse. Mais une chose est certaine : Edson est la bonne personne pour ce r\u00f4le.
