Fuel Transport is expanding rapidly and looking for a Billing Clerk for our office located in Lasalle, Quebec.  The person selected will be responsible for verifying, creating, analyzing and collecting data for the billing process.

Detailed Job Description:
  • Create invoices and attach all relevant documentation for client files.
  • Collect information, analyze documents, highlight discrepancies and update information when necessary.
  • Validate and input data in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bills.
  • Issue invoices, bills and customer account statements periodically.
  • Answer questions and verify any issues regarding bills.
  • Generate reports on activity to upper management.
  • Perform related clerical duties such as; maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Post-secondary or Professional Diploma with at least two (2) years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Able to process a high volume of invoices daily.
  • Bilingual (English/French), both written and spoken.
  • High attention to detail and meticulous work ethic.
  • Highly productive with minimal guidance or supervision.
  • Customer service oriented, maintains a professional attitude with clients.
  • Autonomous, organized and able to prioritize daily responsibilities
