Detailed Job Description:
  • Develop and facilitate learning and training resources to enhance professional knowledge skills and abilities, eg: learning exercises, tools, and activities.
  • Produce and edit technical documents, including, reports, user manuals, briefings, presentations, system specifications etc.
  • Capable of delivering training in a variety of formats, including: classroom, virtual and one-on-one settings
  • Apply of learning principles in the creation and delivery of enterprise level training and development solutions
  • Conduct internal and external research and benchmarking
  • Assist in creation of benchmarks and monitor effectiveness and relevance on training and development programs
  • Oversee leadership programs, employee development, high potential employee assessments
  • Assist in managing training vendor relations and services as needed.
  • Participate in any special projects identified by Management
Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Training and Organizational Development, or Human Resources required.
  • 5-7 years of similar or relevant experience
  • Comfortable working with all levels of leaders, managers, and employees
  • Strong knowledge, proficiency, and experience in content facilitation, customization, and development for supervisors, managers, and leadership levels
  • Exceptional facilitative and written/verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to independently establish strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with all levels of managers, employees, and key stakeholders across the organization
  • Experience creating and managing learning programs
  • Absolute integrity, discretion and sensitivity to confidential company and employee information
