New assets will support growing client demand in critical markets while integrating trucking operations with Fuel’s broader logistics offering
MONTREAL, March 4, 2026 – Fuel Transport, a leading Montreal-based logistics and transportation company, announced today the addition of transportation assets to strengthen its dedicated fleet footprint across the Greater Toronto Area and support growing demand for cross-border coverage in Ontario and the U.S. Midwest.
In response to changing customer market dynamics and a growing capacity demand in critical logistics areas, Fuel is positioning assets closer to Toronto-bound freight and high-volume commercial corridors. The new truck operations will be launched from Fuel’s recently expanded Brampton warehouse at 35 Predicio Court, aligning transportation assets and existing infrastructure to improve efficiency and service reliability. Together, investments further advance Fuel’s integrated logistics offering, delivering a more responsive, end-to-end solution for customers.
“Our customers’ supply chains are changing, and our network has to stay in step,” said Peter Perrella, Vice President of Operations, Fuel Transport. “The investments we’re making are about better aligning our assets and services to our customers’ needs. By establishing a dedicated footprint in Brampton, we’re improving access to Toronto, strengthening cross-border service, and giving our clients the flexibility their markets now demand.”
New assets include dry box trailers, over-the-road specialized equipment, tankers, and an electric tractor. Together, they support a wide range of freight solutions, ensuring customers in Fuel’s critical logistics markets have immediate access to capacity as their needs evolve. This addition underscores Fuel’s dedicated fleet model, a client-first approach rooted in proactive investment so clients can scale with confidence and without disruption.
The announcement is the latest in a series of investments that demonstrate Fuels’ ongoing strategy to anticipate customer needs and future-proof its fleet. By continuously strengthening its network and capabilities, Fuel is positioning itself as the forefront of a smarter, more responsive era in North American transportation.
